Red Raspberry Leaf- Guest Blog

Guys!
I’ve been a busy little bee!

Most of you know that I’ve been training Doulas for the past 7 months as a member of the Training and Development team for ProDoula.

Its been fun, its been challenging, its been intimidating- but its also been such an amazing opportunity to grow in way that I never thought possible. I’ll share more about that later though!

One of the most awesome things I have done is write an article for their blog. I’m linking it below. Follow the link to read the amazingness!!

Red Raspberry Leaf is an herb that has been used for ages to support women and children. It tones the uterus, calms the stomach and is rich in vitamins and minerals. I personally enjoy mixing it with nettles and spearmint, making a strong batch of tea, and drinking it over ice.

Thanks for being an awesome bunch of readers!!

If you’re ready to purchase your own, you can find it over in the apothecary, and I’ll get it shipped out to you ASAP. Its sold in 3 ounce increments, its organic, and its loose leaf. You will definitely need a tea ball, tea strainer, or tea bag of some kind.  Steep it in hot water for a few minutes, sweeten with honey or stevia and enjoy! I definitely recommend pouring it over ice.
